About DonJoy MaxTrax Air ROM (Range Of Motion) Ankle
The DonJoy MaxTrax Air ROM Ankle Walker Brace / Walking Boot is designed to increase stability and help decrease pain and edema following trauma or post-operative procedures by providing a protected Range of Motion (ROM). The ROM settings can be set between 45-degree plantar-flexion and 30-degree dorsi-flexion, in 7.5-degree increments. Uprights will lock in fixed positions at 0, 7.5, 15, 22.5 and 30-degrees plantar-flexion and dorsi-flexion. It features a wide foot-bed which increases stability and accommodates edema or bandages. Designed with an integrated pump which allows for the liner to easily inflate and adjust, accommodating changes in edema during rehab. A low profile rocker bottom helps promote a natural gait and reduces plantar pressure. A cushioned inner and outer sole provides shock absorption to help improve comfort during ambulation. Universal fit allows the DonJoy MaxTrax Air ROM (Range of Motion) Ankle Walker Brace / Walking Boot to be worn on either the left or right foot.
