Ambu Perfit ACE Extrication Collar The Perfit ACE actually adjusts to ANY adult-size neck with 16 different settings ranging from Neckless to Tall sizes. The Mini Perfit ACE actually adjusts to infant, pediatric, and small adult neck sizes with 12 settings as well as 3 standard sizes (infant, pediatric, and neckless). The Perfit ACE incorporates latches which allow the rescuer to size the collar according to the victims neck size.
