Directions: 1. Please prepare loose moxa and incenses (Must use an incense to light) 2. Grab a handful size of loose moxa. 3. With your thumb and index-finger rub the moxa to form a cone. 4. Take a grain sized piece of the rubbed moxa. 5. Place the moxa on the point where you have planned to have a moxa treatment. 6. With a lighted incense, light up the grain size rubbed moxa that you have put on the point for a moxa treatment (Make sure the moxa does not get stuck to the incense). 7. Wait 1 to 3 seconds for the moxa to burn. 8. Place a new grain size rubbed moxa on the point where you want to have a moxa treatment. Repeat step #5 to #7 several times. Safety Information: Do not use moxa on the face, soft skin, or other sensitive body areas. Do not use moxa on infants or young children. Do not use if you are unable to detect the sensations of heat or pain. Always ignite the moxa first. If heat becomes uncomfortable, remove.
