The specifications are 93 mm(3.66 inch) long, 27*22mm (1.06*0.86 inch) wide and 87 grams . Blue rutile quartz is a very rare crystal. Blue rutile can be visible or invisible.Usually blue rutile is invisible.Under normal condition it looks exactly same as ordinary rock quartz. But only when put under the sun, you can see feather-like blue rutiles inside the quartz. That's why it’s dubbed as feather of angle. Blue rutile which is visible is ultra rare.
