About Schaefer Investment Cast Pad Eye On Round Base
Investment Cast Pad Eye on Round Base A - C/C 1" (25mm) and B -C/C -1-1/2" (38mm), from high quality Stainless Steel for a high degree of accuracy and strength. The first step in this process involves making a wax part from a master or permanent die. The wax part is then used in a temporary or series of temporary molds. The actual parts are then cast from the molds without any wear to the permanent die to ensure accurate casting each time. Backing Plate 97-53 is from high quality stainless steel and sold separately. Schaefer x-rays all of our investment cast pad eyes to ensure a safe finished product is on your boat. Safe working loads are based upon proper mounting. Pad Eye Block M66-38 works with this Pad Eye, as well as Pad Eyes 78-96 and 78-99.
