About Firstlaw Fitness 1000 LBS I-Beam Clamp
The Firstlaw Fitness I-Beam Mount is built tough to last. It's a great way to hang heavy punching bags, climbing ropes, gymnastic rings, or any multi-sport, from a steel I-Beam. The unique design does not have any welds that can crack and break over time. The center plate is made from hardened steel and supported by (2) 1/2" grade 8 bolts.
