Small family farm where the cattle roams freely in the hills around Eureka for most of the year. It's in inaccessible places so most of the work happens on horseback by the family. Comes in 14 packages of 1 pound each Shipped frozen with dry ice. We guarantee the beef stays frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery, or money back. Please note: This is grass fed beef which has more of a full flavor than other beef. Please be prepared for this if you haven't had grass fed beef before.
