DARK HALF - Pre-mixed Dark Tung Oil and Orange Peel Oil for wood finishing. A thinner formula which penetrates into the wood pores and builds a dark matte wood finish.

MULTIPLE USES - Use the wood oil and Orange Peel Oil formula for finishing countertops, bowls, butcher blocks, cutting boards, chopping blocks, wood floors, and concrete.

FOOD GRADE - Safe for food contact. A great penetrating oil for use on wooden kitchen items such as chopping boards.

WATERPROOF - Use as a waterproof wood sealer, 3 to 5 coats are needed to seal. The all-natural finish takes 7-10 days to develop water resistance and 30 days for a complete cure.

ALL-NATURAL - Dark Tung Oil wood finish is all-natural oil and includes a natural resin which gives it a dark matte finish. It’s great for achieving a natural wood grain, antique look.
About Real Milk Paint, Dark Half, Dark Tung Oil And
Real Milk Paint Dark Half (Dark Tung Oil and Orange Peel Oil) Tung Oil is native to China and extracted from the seeds of the tung tree. Tung Oil is fast drying and provides a matte protective finish for a variety of wood surfaces. This natural oil wood sealer is ideal for creating an antique style finish on furniture or as a food grade cutting board oil. Thinning with a natural solvent helps the oil penetrate deeper into the material. The 1 to 1 or Half & Half ratio works great all-around for most surfaces like new raw wood, butcher block countertops, cutting boards, concrete, wood floors, and unfinished furniture. This finish is also food contact safe! Waterproof and Color Stable Dark Tung Oil is color stable and does not darken over time like other oils such as linseed. It does not blister, or go rancid. This all-natural finish does take 7 to 10 days to develop a water resistance and a full 30 days for a complete cure. Coverage Sample covers 1 sq. foot 16 oz. covers 50 sq. feet 32 oz. covers 100 sq. feet Gallon covers 400 sq. feet Example: 1 Gallon will do 1 coat on a 400 sq. foot surface.
