Aroma & flavor - El dorado consistently elicits responses of fruity Notes, specifically tropical fruit flavors. Other fruit Notes offered have been pear, Watermelon and stone fruit. Alpha acid – 12.5 percent. Tasting Notes commonly specify aromas of Watermelon, pear, candy, or stone fruit. There is often an undertone of Citrus, and sometimes an identifiable fresh-cut-grass taste.
