Thus, if your filter says its an FWS-3003, you will be able to just swap out for the FF-3003. The original blue colored Titanium pumps that featured an FF-2003 filter will not accept the currently available FF-3003 filter. Fortunately, FASS offers a nipple adapter that you can install that will allow you to run the new filter. Synopsis:If your current Titanium filter is a FWS-3003 or a FF-3003, then you do not need a nipple adapter.If your current Titanium filter is the FF-2003, then you need to purchase a nipple to use the FF-3003.Titanium Water Separator:The original Blue Titanium models used an FS-2001 Water Separator. However, the newer Grey Series Titanium models use the same water separator as the HD models, the FS-1001.
