PermaKote Plus is a high-build, 100% acrylic, elastomeric roof coating, fortified with Hy-Tech's ThermaCelsTM. This bright white formula qualifies for a Class "A" Fire Rating and is designed to insulate, seal, waterproof, soundproof and protect the roof's surface. The rubber-like, ceramic-reinforced shield expands and contracts with varying hot and cold temperatures, while at the same time resists thermal shock. PermaKote Plus offers superior fire resistance, mildew resistance, UV ray reflectivity, corrosion resistance and a beautiful insulating finish. When applied according to Hy-Tech specifications, PermaKote Plus provides an inexpensive solution to re-roofing providing many years of durable protection and outstanding beauty. When applied according to Hy-Tech's specifications for flat roofs, PermaKote Plus will hold ponding water, seal and prevent most leaks, as well as reflect the heat off of the surface. Hy-Tech Thermal Solutions, LLC offers a 7 Year Limited Warranty on sloped roofs and a 5 Year Limited Warranty on flat roofs against chipping, cracking and peeling. Surfaces should be free of anything that will affect the adhesion of the coating. Remove all loose, peeling, blistering, chipping or cracking coatings. Surfaces that are contaminated with oil, grease, dirt, loose paint, etc. shall be cleaned using Hy-Tech's House Wash. If chemical cleaning is not necessary, blow, vacuum, or sweep roof to remove dirt, dust, and other debris. New metal surfaces: Prime with one coat #15 Aqua Prime Rusty Metal: treat rust then prime with #18 Metal Prime New concrete or clay tile: Hy-Tech's #SR1220 Bond-It. Previously painted surfaces: If powdering or chalking comes off when rubbed, than a coat of Hy-Tech's #SR1220 Bond-It should be applied Spray Application: Remove all filters, use a tip size of .035 KEEP FROM FREEZING Do not apply when temperatures are below 50°F.
