The carbon fiber liner must be 0.4 - 0.6 inches shorter than the removable liner in the shoe (about 1 - 1.5 cm as shown in picture 3) . We recommend measuring several pairs of your shoe's insoles and giving maybe 0.4 - 0.6 inch space which makes sure that the carbon fiber insole does not exceed the length of your current insole, so you can easily slip them in and out of your shoes.
