Dr. Bak Nguyen is a cosmetic dentist, a speaker, an author and a visionary businessman who won the GRAND HOMMAGE prize of «LYS de la Diversité” 2016, for his contribution as a citizen and entrepreneur in the community. He also holds recognitions from the Canadian Parliament and the Canadian Senate. Since he has received the EY’s nomination for entrepreneur of the year in 2018 for his startup Mdex & Co, Dr. Bak Nguyen has pushed the opportunity to the next level: to compensate the startup’s status of Mdex & Co, he challenged himself to write a book based on the EY’s questionnaire to share an in depth vision of his company. With “Changing the World from a Dental Chair” Dr. Bak is thus sharing his thought process and philosophy, and his approach to the industry. Not looking to revolutionize but rather to empower, he became, despite himself, an industry disruptor: an entrepreneur who has established a new benchmark.
