Gel-Revitalizant for Small Engines is designed for restoring repair and wear-out protection of engine parts with volume up to 61 in 3 with combined or separate fuel system. Can be applied to motor bikes, motor cycles, wave runners and consumer electronics (grass mowers, chain saws, engine grinders, perforators, drills etc.). Ensures triple effect – repair, protection and savings. General characteristics of the cermet coating: microhardness – 750 kg/mm2; high corrosion resistance; roughness Ra up to 0,06 mkm. Treatment procedure for small engines with combined fuel and oil system Step 1: Squeeze out the content of one sachet into the full fuel tank (it is recommended first to dissolve the content of the sachet in the oil or fuel at temperatures above 68F). Start the engine and let it idle run for not less than 2 min. Run in a regular mode Step 2: Repeat Step 1 when refilling the fuel tank. Step 3: Repeat Step 2. Treatment procedure for small engines with separate fuel and oil system Step 1: Warm up the engine to the work temperature. Squeeze out the content of one sachet into the filler of the oil tank. Start the engine and let it idle run for not less than 2 min. Run in a regular mode. Step 2: Repeat Step 1 after 93-155 miles run of a motorcycle or 4 hours of engine operation (equivalent is 120-150 miles) Step 3: Repeat once again Step 1 after 93-155 miles run of a motorcycle or 4 hours of engine operation (equivalent is 120-150 miles) Note! The compound is equally effective for any two- and four-cycle engines of any kind. The processing is considered to be completed after no less than 932 miles or 20 hours of engine operation. It is not necessary to change oil in four-cycle engines before the processing. Double the dose if the volume of the engine is more than 61 in3. XADO Revitalizant is comparable with any additives, dopes, metal conditioners, remetallizants etc. regardless of sequence of its application.
