Comes with female jack at one and a male plug on the other to extend the reach of DC power supply. This unit only accepts 2.1mm x 5.5mm barrel plug from power adapter and will not work with other sizes. Extend the distance between your power supply and device by 10 feet / 3 meters. For use with up to 3 amps of 3-24V DC. Perfect for LED strip lights, CCTV, Camera's, DVR, external hard drives, audio mixing and recording equipment, or any other device that has a 5.5x2.1mm DC barrel connector. NOTE - Two common issue experienced when buying a DC power extension cable. 1. Wrong Plug Size - This is the most common problem. Please check your device by measuring the barrel plug of the power adapter. This will only accept 2.1mm (inside diameter) x 5.5mm (outside diameter) plugs. Manufacturer do change their plug size for their models from time to time.
