The Silhouette Cameo 4 features: up to 3xs the speed of the Cameo 3, a LED lit touch panel, 5000 grams of force vs. 250 grams in the Cameo 3, built in roll feeder, built in vinyl trimmer, upgraded one click auto blade, tool detection, dual motor system, built in cross cutter, and more. The machine can be loud during operation, a grinding noise is normal. **Please note there is a learning curve to this machine & software which is very feature rich. Learning features such as cut speed and depth settings along with the software can take some time and trial and error. If you are having any technical issues with the machine please contact us for support. Sometimes it can be the software and not the hardware. Silhouette is constantly releasing software updates and improvements and we are happy to help resolve any technical questions.
