About Newborn Fluff, Merino Wool Batting, Cloud, Basket

This is batted Merino Wool. It is the perfect prop to make a baby look as if they are floating in clouds. This wool can be used as a basket stuffer, background, cover-up blanket, or for layering. You can choose from 2 sizes: ~3.5 oz measuring approximately 17" x 30" - this is enough for many small setups. ~7 oz measuring approximately 17" x 60" - the perfect size for multiple layers and may be necessary for larger setups. Cleaning and Care: The wool does smell of livestock since it is natural and from sheep on a farm. You will need to unpack, unfold, and air the wool out before using. Also be aware that some small and random vegetable matter may be found in the wool. It can easily be picked or edited out. This wool has been carded into batting meaning that it is blended into a sheet of wool. However, the fibers can still be pulled apart. Too much tugging and pulling of the wool will cause it to start to separate in places. You can spot clean by either pulling the dirty part away and throwing it out or blotting the wool with 2 towels. Felting can and will occur over time. This batted wool will not last forever as-is but can last longer with special care.
