2.ID T5577 chip is blank, it can not be used without written or copy.

3.IC CUID chip is pre-programmed, you can directly authorize it to work if you are administrator. You can also use it to copy your old IC card. If you have android NFC phone, you can copy your old card IC card without a copier.
