Power On: Open the card cover, insert the SIM card as indicated, and insert the mini memory card. The product will automatically power on, and the red light will flash four times before turning off. After 30 seconds, it enters normal standby mode. (If the indicator light does not turn on after inserting the SIM card, charge the device with the SIM card inserted. Note: Charging without a SIM card is prohibited!) 3. Bind the Master Control Number: Send a text message "000" to the locator's number, and the device will reply with a text message.
