Fast & compact, the Pasta Fresca mixer mimics the work of hands by kneading pasta, bread, pizza, and cookie dough within a few minutes, and cuts different pasta shapes thanks to 3 included attachments. The attachments create lasagna noodles (which can also be used to create ravioli), fettuccine, and tagliolini. This dough mixer allows you to mix dough and make pasta simultaneously. Compatible with 5 additional attachments, available separately, for even more pasta shapes. The machine housing is made with food-grade ABS & Polycarbonate. Rollers and attachments are made with food-grade anodized aluminum alloy, and the combs & scrapers are made of polymeric resin. Easy to clean: disassemble and let sit out for a few hours and then clean off remaining dough residue with a dry cleaning brush. The machine nor attachments are not dishwasher safe. Guaranteed against manufacturing defects under 2-year warranty (from date of purchase) & does not cover damage caused by improper use. 100% made and assembled in Italy.
