The 5B5-01 model offers 10-way switching in a blade format that is directly interchangeable with conventional 5-way switches. The lower bench with 5 positions delivers all known pickup combinations as usual. The top bench contains the missing parallel combinations (neck + bridge) and (neck + middle + bridge) along with three 'in series' combinations to provide higher output tones that are usually not accessible to single coil pickups. This greatly expands the tone range of three pickups. The 5B5-01 is visually identical when installed and offers incredible sonic flexibility in a completely intuitive, familiar format.
