【野生幹海參泡發方法】 海參沖洗乾淨,加過濾水放冰箱冷藏泡三天,(腰參小號和迷你泡兩天即可)每12小時換水,第四天打開肚子清理,沙嘴清理乾淨,把海參內筋挑斷或取出來後把海參放進電鍋煮,(海參筋可以炒雞蛋,營養豐富! )水開後關電源,蓋蓋子燜5-12小時,檢查軟硬然後水倒掉:換水(過濾水),如果沒有軟的繼續重複燜煮,軟的換水加冰塊在冰箱冷藏冰發三天,期間24小時換一次水。 【海參泡發強調注意事項】 1、容器一定要大,水要多,通常一次可泡一磅左右(因人而異)。 2、泡發過程請用過濾水、純淨水或礦泉水,不要用自來水。 3、全程一定不能沾油,切記! 4、在泡發過程中,因為參體大小會略有差異,燜煮中變軟的時間程度不一,檢查有已經煮軟的可以先取出來冰發,沒軟的繼續重複燜煮,勤檢查(避免軟的煮爛) 【泡發後儲藏小貼士】 可以一次性多發些 ,泡發好的海參用保鮮膜挨個包好一次的量,放冰箱冷凍層保存。 每次要吃的時候取出一份解凍後烹飪.
