This dimming kit can ONLY control LED DIMMABLE string lights. It is useful when the device is out of reach, when you need to change brightness of lamps and lights, and when you are tired of moving here and there to turn on/off the power supply. NOTE: You'd better to twine the joint with electricians tape as the string lights are heavy-duty strands. Electricians tape can also prevent water from coming in the joint Warm Tips 1.
