The Mahr Federal 1075R REFERENCE Digital electronic indicator gauge, is a digital indicator for measuring short, linear distances in machining, and manufacturing applications. It has a measurement range of 0 to 0.5" (0 to 12.7mm) and a resolution of 0.0005"/0.01mm. The Large crisp LCD displays measurements in inches and metric units. The Digital Indicators 1075 R are equipped with the innovative Reference-System. The zero position only has to be set one time: once it is set, the zero remains stored for all further measurements. Therefore, when the indicator is switched ON or the measuring spindle is moved the indicator is immediately ready for measurement. With MarConnect there is no interface required. Data acquisition with MarCom Professional 5.0 now no longer requires an interface box; even so you do not lose the functionality of an interface box. Trouble free connection to measuring instruments. With MarCom all Mahr measuring instruments with MarConnect interfaces RS232, USB or Integrated Wireless can be connected; simply extend the measuring workplace with USB HubThe Digital Indicator 1087 R is equipped with a LOCK function. With this key lock the zero position is secured and operating error is avoided. The face of the indicator is fixed for easy reading in bench or fixture gages. This unit has a 8mm diameter stem and a 2.5m contact point thread mount. It has a flat back for stem mounting or plate mounting on the rear of the indicator. The 1075R is Ingress Protection certified IP52 for protection dirt and dripping water. Additional functions for this indicator include ON/OFF, RESET (Set display to zero), mm/inch, Reversal of counting direction, PRESET (for entering a numerical value), DATA (data transmission with a data connection cable), LOCK-Function: Individual buttons can be locked. The measuring force is 1 Newton (N) or less. It has a battery life of nearly 3 years of normal use. This unit comes with a CR 2032 battery.
