1.Install lockout tab over breaker arm. Use the supplied 8-32 hex key to secure tab to breaker arm. 2.Select and apply appropriate label next to breaker identifying “FA” or “EC”. 3.Apply the label to the index for the breaker panel identifying the appropriate branch circuit.
