It is designed specifically to be used with dents on flexible steel car bodies. Dents like the kind caused by impact from hailstones, which leave smooth, rounded dents, can be removed. While the adjustment knob marking line is located in the TIME area, the power default is maximum, and the output time can be adjusted to: Max, 0.5s, 1.0s, 1.5s, 2.0s, 2.5s, 3.0s and 4.0s.
