This hydraulic hose crimper represents an upgraded version of our factory's independently developed 71500 hydraulic crimper. It boasts an enhanced manufacturing process, capable of crimping aluminum, iron, and aluminum alloy pipes and fittings.
Hydraulic Principle: Eight die cores simultaneously converge towards the center. This ensures the pipe is evenly stressed in eight directions, providing superior indentation sealing compared to standard crimpers like the 71500.
Our tool set includes a comprehensive range of dies: #3, #4, #5, #6, covering hose sizes such as #6 (5/16"), #8 (13/32"), #10 (1/2"), #12 (5/8"), standard barrier (thick-wall), and reduced barrier (thin-wall). Dies are installed via dovetail assembly and secured with two screws and two semicircles.
The crimping tool accommodates pipes with an outer diameter ranging from 3/4" to 1-1/4" (19mm to 31mm). It operates at a maximum pressure of 50Mpa (50000 kN/cm²).
This crimping tool kit is suitable for beadlocking splice fittings and barrier A/C hoses, making it ideal for automotive repairs, HVAC applications, and more.
"1.When all eight die cores are fully engaged, hydraulic pressure should not be applied further to avoid potential equipment damage. 2. During hydraulic pressurization, position the fitting as centrally as possible within the mold. 3.After each operation, turn hydraulic valve to “OFF” position ensure the die cores are fully opened to keep the springs in an extended state, preventing potential damage. 4.This equipment is suitable for crimping hydraulic aluminum fitting or pipe up to 1.6mm thick and iron fitting or pipe up to 0.8mm thick. Note: Exceeding the specified pipeline thickness range or applying continued pressure after hydraulic completion may lead to local deformation and damage to the tool. "
