About Jonard Tools JIC-4377 Fiber Jacket Slit & Ring Tool
The JIC-4377 has a tapered blade guide and is designed specifically for easier use with the ofs mini cord EZ bend and other similar cables. This fiber jacket slitter is used to slit and ring many types of buffer tubes, breakout cables and other types of jacketed fiber cables. A slitting blade is built into the tool and is used to slit fiber optic cables. The ring cut blade has two adjustments for .018" Or .031" Thick jacket insulation, and can handle cable diameters from 1/8" To 3/8". One spare blade of each style is included with the tool.
