There IS a 1 year coin but that is not included in this set. This set of 12 coins includes Antique Bronze AA Medallions which have an aged look. Please note this is a set of NEW coins not Used I do not sell any used coins. The coins will have an aged look due to the antique bronze finish. Size is 1 5/16" or 34x2mm and each coin has the Serenity Prayer On Back.
