Walking, yoga, dance, weight lifting, pole dance, etc. Suitable for jogging for smaller busts. Straps are adjustable at the back. V-neck front offers a deeper V compared to traditional racerback sports bras - which is great for shelf bra workout tops and also lower cut athletic tops for women. The pads are removable. Whether for working out or wearing with your favorite racerback tank - our racerback sports bralettes are a great addition to your overall workout and all-day comfort. Small = 34 A-B & 32C; Medium = 34C, 30D, 36B; Large = 32D, 34D, 30DD, 36C, 38B, 40A (As a reference).
