How to Wear: 1. Keep your body level with the ground, tear off plastic tabs of one side and stick on the cup as your normal bra would sit. 2. Hold the center of the bra in place while smoothing the wing one side on at a time. 3. Tear off the other size and repeat the step two. 4. Press the sticky parts of both sides to make sure the bra stick on your skin stably.
