No thread on top,push into/pull apart the pin by hand directly.The top end has an insertion pin which is slightly bent.Threadless labret uses this curved tension to holds the two pieces together securely. When insert the threadless top,pls make sure the top is tight enough. If too loose,pls adjust via below instruction: 1) insert the pin halfway into the labret bar. 2) bend the pin very slightly by hand. 3) fully insert into the labret bar.
