The newly redesigned upper construction features a breathable single layer mesh body for optimal comfort and fit. The tongue features a less bulky version of our integrated lace garage™ technology which meets regulation for tournament competition. From the Manufacturer In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan.
