A practical design for shot put, discus and hammer throwers, the THROW PRO 3 shoe features an improved sole design and upper to accommodate high speed turning and spinning motions. The sole's round shaped design helps reduce ground contact during rotation and increases rotational speed. This shoe also implements a full-length resin plate that helps increase stability and response throughout the forefoot.
