It is highly recommended to apply Meltonian Mirror Shine on top of Meltonian Shoe Cream Polish. The hard wax has to be applied in thin layers on the areas where shoes do not bend, such as toe ends, so it does not crack.

Apply a small amount of Mirror Shine wax to a clean cotton cloth wrapped around your two fingers. Then gently rub the wax using small circular motions onto the leather with a very light pressure. Let dry for 5-10 minutes.

Continue building the base of the hard wax by repeating previous step, applying layer after layer several times.

Apply a droplet of water and continue to very gently rub the surface with very little friction, repeat until you achieve the desired level of mirror shine.

It may take some practice and patience to produce the mirror shine for the first time.
