The Pulsar Story Pulsar by Seiko Holdings Corporation. A spectacular breakthrough Pulsar was born in an age of optimism. This highly functional men's timepiece is designed with a black ion finished stainless steel case and bracelet with push button release clasp. Its chronograph features include a 1 second stopwatch that measures elapsed time up to 60 minutes, 24-hour indicator and three subdials. The black dial features luminous hands and markers as well as a date calendar. 100 meters water resistant.
