SIZING - Made from 100% medical grade silicone that is not pre-relaxed, so you'll want to start off with a snug fit to allow for the extra room that comes once it's been worn regularly! If you're in-between sizes, we recommend starting with the next whole size down. You can always call our customer service department for more assistance! (8mm wide)
