If you are looking for the latest desert digital camouflage pattern uniform, we highly recommend these Propper Battle Rip ACU-style jackets or blouses in a digital pattern similar to the Marine pattern. (Matching pants sold separately.) These are made by Propper, the leading supplier of uniforms to the U.S. military. These are ACU style shirts, which are an upgrade over the old BDU style shirt, and all the pockets, Velcro patches, mandarin collar, and other features are consistent with military specifications. The ACU pattern is considered by many to be superior to the older BDU, in part because the pockets are easier to access while wearing tactical vests or other load bearing equipment. In our experience, the digital desert pattern used by the U.S. Marine Corps is far superior to the Army's Universal digital camouflage pattern in desert an plains environments. These shirts are made from 65/35 poly/cotton rip-stop material, the fabric of choice for federal use. Please note, these shirts are treated with DuPont Teflon for liquid and stain resistance. Also, the USMC does not offer their uniforms on the market. These are not actual issue and do not include NIR technology or the EGA logo.
