Description The B-15 is a classic world war 2 flight jacket made rugged to fight the extreme weather. It features a real leather shell and removable fur collar. The B-15 features button tabs once used by pilots to connect oxygen masks and headset wires. A flight jacket that was worn by the WWII Army Air Force pilots. Heavy-duty cowhide leather is sewn with two snap close side entry pockets, the oxygen mask retention tab on the left chest, a pair of radio headset cord tabs, and pen-pencil pocket on the left sleeve. The B-15 Flight Jacket was first introduced in 1944 to replace the B-10 aviator jacket. It was a very popular military bomber jacket throughout the late 40's as by the U.S. Air Force pilots and air crews. Designed for cold temperatures, the B-15 was a reliable winter jacket and came equipped with Mouton fur collar and 100% wool knit waistband and cuffs.
