This look, however, was debuted by James during the Lakers Media Day festivities in 2019, and was originally only a player exclusive for James himself. The "Media Day" LeBron 7 features a bold mismatching design all in the name of the Lakeshow. The upper of the left shoe displays a mixture of yellow leather overlays, Flywire technology, and a purple outlined white Swoosh on the mid-panel. The look is flipped on the right shoe as purple accenting forms the base. Both pairs incorporate a contrasting white leather mudguard reminiscent of the Air Jordan 11.
