Light up the party with the Winks Novelty soft plush Santa hat with 20 blinking, color-changing LED lights. Impress your friends and family and give them a chuckle this Christmas. HOW IT WORKS A small switch on the battery cased inside the white brim turns the lights on and off. The lights fade on and off changing colors throughout the entire hat. The white brim and red cone, front and back; there are lights throughout the hat. Simply turn the lights off with the switch. LET'S TALK SIZE The hat size fits between 6-3/4 to 7 1/2 hat sizes (54cm-60cm). Upgraded in 2019 with elastic, Spandex material sewn inside, the hat holds comfortably on smaller heads and stretches for larger heads. The size is as universal as possible without putting an ugly snap on the back. BATTERIES INCLUDED A box inside the brim houses 2 AAA batteries.
