This 20g 7mm nose ring hoop is small for higher nostril piercing of women! : 20 gauge (thickness: 0.8mm), inner diameter 7mm ( 9/32 inches ). Strong latch and easy to put it in and out. Polished very well, comfortable to wear without sharp edge. 7mm is very small, it's only for low nostril piercing of small nose of women. Higher nostril piercing or Men CANNOT wear it.
