About Rado DiaStar Original Limited Edition 50th
Description The first gold-coloured version of the Rado DiaStar Original was released in 1972. Now, 50 years later, Rado is celebrating this iconic watch with a limited edition version of the 1972 product: the DiaStar Original Limited Edition. The case is made from a golden yellow, CVD-coated carbide with a facetted sapphire crystal. The black lacquered dial has four red and six white simili stones and also features a golden yellow palm tree. The watch also has the all-essential day/date calendar function at 6 o’clock and a golden, moving anchor symbol on a red background. Inside, the Rado R764 automatic movement offers 80 hours of power reserve to ensure reliable and precise timekeeping. The watch is delivered in a vintage inspired special box.
