With this handy kitchen gadget, raw carrots, cucumbers, cabbage, potatoes, zucchini, apples, and eggplant can be cut into even slices or finely grated just with pull power. The concept of the easy cut is based on the tried and true technique of the Swiss chop-chop universal chopper: an ingenious and extremely efficient pull mechanism. The pull mechanism causes the cutting disc in the container to rotate, which ensures that all ingredients are shaved or grated into thick or thin slices, or even into julienne strips. Safe, simple, and incredibly fast. Warning: sharp blades. Keep away from children and handle blades very carefully. Always store blades inside the container with the lid on.
