Nreal Air AR Glasses, Massive 201” Micro-OLED 60hz Virtual Theater in Your Pocket, Augmented Reality Glasses | Watch, Stream, and Game on PC, Android, iOS, Consoles & Cloud Gaming Compatible, TÜV Certificated Eye Protection, 3DoF Support, Smart Glasses Q: Why do I need to update my glasses when I connect them to my smartphone and open Nebula? Can I cancel the update? A: In order to improve product experience, Nreal will continually release new firmware versions for the glasses, fix known problems, and function optimization. When the glasses are plugged into the phone, the Nebula app will automatically detect whether the current version of the glasses is up to date, and if not, it will prompt you to update the glasses. Not using the latest firmware version may cause cause issues with the glasses, please follow the prompts to upgrade for an optimized user experience. Q: Can an iPhone or iPad be connected? If I use a USB-C to Lightning adapter, can I use Nreal Air with my iPhone? A: If your Apple device has a USB-C port, you can connect your Nreal Air AR glasses directly to the device. If your Apple device (such as an iPhone) has a Lightning Port, you will need the Nreal Adapter in order to use your glasses, alongside an original Apple Lighting Digital AV Adapter. We strongly advise against using Digital AV Adapters that are not manufactured by Apple, as this will affect your glasses and potentially cause damage to the device. Q: Can the Nreal Adapter be used with Nreal Light? A: The Nreal Adapter is best used with Nreal Air. There is a known audio issue when paired with Nreal Light, and you will need wireless headsets.
