Insert your T-mobile SIM in your unlocked GSM Phone as soon as you arrive in your destination. Do not insert SIM while you are overseas. Insert SIM Card when you arrive at your destination. BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING: First thing to do is REBOOT. Turn your phone off, remove the SIM Card, re-insert the SIM and turn the phone back on. If you're having data connection issues, after reboot, please check and update Acces Point Name (APN) to: APN: fast.t-mobile.com If issues persist, please contact us.
