Your SIM is not yet activated. No need to call T-mobile to activate the SIM Card. We will activate it for you. Activation may take up to 24 hours. 1. Go to our website and submit an activation form. (refer to instructions letter enclosed in the package) 2. Once activation is complete, we will send you an email confirmation. 3. Insert your T-mobile SIM in your unlocked GSM Phone as soon as you arrive in your destination. Do not insert SIM while you are overseas. Insert SIM Card when you arrive at your destination. BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING: First thing to do is REBOOT. Turn your phone off, remove the SIM Card, re-insert the SIM and turn the phone back on. If you're having data connection issues, after reboot, please check and update Acces Point Name (APN) to: APN: fast.t-mobile.com If issues persist, please contact us.
