BARRIER EFFECT AND BREATHABILITY Microair Barrier is a three layer barrier fabric made up of a knit polyester microfiber with a piqué structure, and a microporous membrane preventing the allergens from touching the skin, still allowing transpiration. Microair Barrier products (gloves, socks, extensions for forearm and leg) are recommended to people affected by contact dermatitis. They can be used directly on the skin, under regular socks. Microair Barrier socks stitchings are heat welded and they guarantee the highest impermeability to liquids, ions and gas. All seams are external, in order to avoid friction on the skin.
