About 3M Roloc Bristle Disc SB18730, Grade 50, Diameter

3M Roloc Bristle Disc SB18730, Grade 50, Diameter 2" - 10 Count The Roloc Bristle Disc is an abrasive-filled product that makes deburring, blending, finishing, polishing, and cleaning surfaces easier than ever before. It has been designed to deliver high-quality finish and performance, but with the advantage of a safer operating environment. Surface conditioning applications can be difficult with traditional wire and bristle products. Problems often arise when working inside tight corners, over uneven surfaces, or around obstructions. It can also be difficult to remove just the desired amount of surface material while still producing a quality finish. The Roloc bristle disc virtually eliminates these problems. It offers greater surface conformability and a more aggressive cut, while greatly enhancing performance, finish, and safety The Roloc bristle disc is a molded, abrasive-filled bristle disc for use on right angle tools. It is available in a wide variety of grades and bristle lengths, and 1, 2 and 3-inch sizes. The Roloc bristle disc is also very versatile; it can be used on most right angle die grinders, including CNC and robotic applications. The high concentration of abrasive means a better cut and more uniform finish can be achieved, producing higher quality at a lower cost. The abrasive-filled bristle also produces a cleaner surface, which results in better adhesion of subsequent coatings and a better surface profile. Because it operates at speeds from 15,000-25,000 RPMs, it can be used on many of your existing right angle die grinders. With traditional wire brushes, the wires come loose and can injure operators. With the Roloc bristle disc, there is no danger of loose or flying wires because of its molded, one-piece construction. So it's safer, plus it produces additional labor savings because it can reduce injuries to operators.
