• The flange measures 2" like all other 1.5"TC ferrules. The ID is 35.1mm just like standard 1.5" weld ferrules.

• The front of the flange does not have flats for a wrench. The easiest way to hold the flange for tightening is to clamp any other TC parts on with the gasket and clamp. Once tight, you can insert a long rod or screw driver into the hole of the wingnut.

• Works on kettle as small as 12" in diameter

• Teflon tape is required on the threads

About Semfeil Brew Weldless 1.5" TC Triclamp Bulkhead

This bukhead is weldless desing, allows you to add a TC port to any vessel - no need welding or soldering. Just drill a 41mm hole. Instead of an internal locknut, this hex fitting with its own 1.5"TC flange on it. When tightened together through a hole in the pot/tank, you will leave with 1.5"TC flanges inside an out so you can add your spray ball, sparge arm or whatever else you want. We recommend our 41mm holesaw for installing this to your kettle.
